GREENWOOD, Ind. - College Sports Communicators (CSC) has unveiled the Academic All-District teams for men's soccer. Junior goalkeeper
Sam Cipriano of the Malone University men's soccer team was named as a recipient of the award for the first time in his career. He is majoring in business management at Malone.

In order to be eligible, a student must have a 3.50 cumulative grade point average or higher and at least a sophomore academically. On top of academic achievements, the CSC also has athletic nomination criteria for participation and success in a given sport.

The Massillon, Ohio native started in 16 of the team's 17 matches in 2025. Cipriano tallied 1,215 minutes in net for the Pioneers and recorded 62 saves.

He held Ohio Dominican University scoreless and combined for a shutout in the team's 2-0 win over Walsh University to end the season. Cipriano made two saves on opposing penalty kicks, one to preserve the shutout over the Panthers.
