GAME ONE
The Pioneers struck first as Faith Yoho drove home Mia Rose on an RBI single with two outs in the top of the first. The Saints answered right back as their lead off hitter was walked, stole second, stole third, and then was driven home on an RBI double. Rose struggled early on the mound as the Saints had her number, driving in another in the bottom of the second to take a 2-1 lead. In the bottom of the third, D'Youville drove home two more and found themselves ahead 4-1. Rose settled in and dominated for most of the game, only allowing one more hit until the seventh inning. The Pioneers looked to rally in the top of the fifth as Rose doubled home a run. She was followed by Yoho who rifled another RBI single into center field, cutting the deficit to one. Following a scoreless sixth, Malone needed a miracle in the top of the seventh. Following a Rose walk and  Taylor Kern single, Yoho lifted a sac fly into right field which was deep enough to tie the game as Rose beat the throw. Unfortunately, the Saints would walk in off in the bottom of the seventh.

GAME TWO
Grace Kissick got the starting nod in Game 2 and looked to get the Pioneers back on track. In the top of the second, Kissick blasted an emphatic 3-run home run to put Malone ahead early. A Saints passed ball followed by a Lacie Quarles RBI double put the Pioneers ahead 5-0. The Saints answered back in the fourth as they plated a pair on a Malone error. Mia Rose doubled home Taylor Kern and then scored herself on a Saints error to bring the lead back to five. Sidney Conti singled home Kern in the the top of the seventh to stretch the lead to six. Although the Saints threatened and plated two more, Kissick closed out the Pioneer win, 8-4.
