CANTON, Ohio – The Malone University men's soccer team hosted Ohio Dominican University Saturday for Senior Day. The Pioneer seniors include

The Pioneers were able lead the first half by a score of 1-0. This goal was made in the third minute by
Christian Piccolotto with an assists from
Fraeday Moo and

In the second half, the Panthers scored both their goals to spoil the potential Pioneer party. The first was made in the 73rd minute and their second in the 81st minute. The first goal looked similar to Malone's with touch passes on the sideline and a cross that resulted in a goal. The game-winning goal for Ohio Dominican came on an own goal by the Pioneer defense.
Malone outshot Ohio Dominican with five shots on goal compared to the Panthers' four. Both teams completed three corner kicks. Garrett played the entire 90 minutes. Ernst got the start in goal and made one save.
Griffin Owen (1-4-1) received the loss but had a pair of saves.
The Pioneers will play their final regular season game on Wednesday, November 6. That match is at Walsh University with a 7:30 P.M. start time.
