Canton, OH-- The Malone University volleyball team welcomed Northwood University to Canton on Thursday.

The Timberwolves had no problems sweeping Malone 3-0.

Highlights 
Set One
Northwood came out Scorching hot from then jump. They built an early lead that was just too big for Malone to overcome and won the set 25-14.

Set  Two
The second set was all Northwood from the beginning. The Timberwolves scored 14 out of the first 15 points. NU eventually took the set 25-7

Set Three
Malone showed some fight taking their first lead of the day early in the third. The Pioneers scored six of the first nine overall. Northwood eventually took the lead before Malone fought back tying the score at 24-24!

The Timberwolves scored the final two points to close out the set 26-24

Details
Brianne Salinas had 6 kills while Grace Rosko added 4.

Mallory Meinen notched 11 assists.

Gabby Rodriguez led Malone with 12 digs

Malone heads 10 minutes north to battle their Rival Walsh on Saturday!
