The Game
It was a bit of a slow start for the Pioneers, as Edinboro came ready to play despite having an 0-2 record. Just over six minutes into the contest Edinboro built a 18-6 lead.

Tahleik Walker jumper helped start a rally for Malone. Just moment's later, Jaelyn Etheridge connected on a three pointer and fired up the Pioneer crowd.

Malone would go on a 13-1 run to tie the game up a 19-19. Head Pioneer Coach Charlie Wallrapp made some excellent in game adjustments to put pressure on the Fighting Scots.

The back-and-forth first half never saw Malone take a lead. It seemed like Edinboro had an answer for everything the Pioneers were doing and the lead was 40-31 at the half.

Coming out of the locker room, Edinboro came out focused and ready to go. The Fighting Scots were soild both offensively and defensively and with around 9 mintues they had buit a 15 point lead.

With the clock ticking, it wasn't tooking good for the Pioneers. However, Malone did not panic and it did not take long to completely erase Edinboro's advantage.

The Pioneers went on an impressive 18-2 run in just under five mintues. Now the game was even at 62-62. Then Jake Bruns connected on a layup to give the Pioneers its first lead of the entire game. Moments later, Bruns fired in a three to put Malone up by five.

In the end, Coach Wallrapp and the Pioneers held on for the 74-68 win. Malone with the gutsy win, stays unbeaten!
