Crestview Hills, KY-- On Saturday, the Malone men's soccer team fell on the road in G-MAC play to Thomas More. The final score was 4-1.

The Game
Before the Pioneers got rolling they found themselves in a steep 3-0 hole. That was before yet another Gavin Csiszar goal that brought the game within reach.

As the Pioneers were pushing for another goal, the Saints goalkeeper came up with some big saves. Then, with under 20 seconds left in the first half, the Saints found themselves on a counter attack where they were able to find the back of the net to bring the deficit back to three goals. 

The Pioneers created some great opportunities in the second half, but the Saints goal keeper once again shut the door on multiple occasions to hold off the Pioneers. The game finished 4-1 with lots of action but no goals in the second half of play.

What's Next
The Pioneers will be back in action on Wednesday, October 18th against Cedarville where they'll need all three points if they want any chance of making the playoffs.
