Anthony Birus Named NCCAA Men's Soccer Student-Athlete of the Week

GREENVILLE, S.C. -- On Monday the National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) announced the recipients of the October 3 Student-Athletes of the Week.

Malone University freshman Anthony Birus was named the NCCAA DI Men's Soccer Offensive Student-Athlete of the Week after his performance for the Pioneers last week. 

Birus was able to break through for the first two goals of his collegiate career at the University of Findlay on Tuesday. 

He followed that up with another goal in Thursday's upset win over #21 Walsh University.
