Painesville, OH. -- On Thursday, the Malone University men's soccer team traveled to Northern Ohio to face off against the Lake Erie College for another conference matchup.
The Storm (5-2-1), scored early and often while keeping the pressure on in the second half to finish with a 5-1 victory versus the Malone Pioneers (0-9-0).
MOMENTS THAT MATTERED
The Storm came out of the gate strong, scoring 3 unanswered goals making the score 3-0 in favor of the Storm through the first 45 minutes.
The Storm came right out the gate at half time scoring another in the 50th minute. This was quickly answered by Malone's
Antoine Leheron making the score 4-1.
Lake Erie put the nail in the coffin in the minute 68, finding the back of Malone's net for the 5th time in the game making the final score of 5-1.

Malone comes back home this weekend for their Homecoming matchup against the Ashland Eagles this Saturday at 7pm at Pioneer Park.
