Indianapolis Invitational Results
CARMEL, Ind. -- On Monday and Tuesday the Malone University women's golf team opened up their 2021 fall season by competing in the Indianapolis Invitational.Â
The 14-team field featured some of the top teams in the region, as well as strong competition from several teams outside of the region.
As team, Malone's 54-hole score of 1,001 was 12th out of 14.Â
The tournament, which was held at Prairie View Golf Club, was won by the host University of Indianapolis with a team score of 893.Â
Christina Williams was the top Pioneer on the overall leaderboard. Her 54-hole score of 232 was tied for 22nd best.Â

WHAT'S NEXT?
The Pioneers will play in the ODU Champions of Women's Golf Classic this weekend. The tournament, hosted by G-MAC rival Ohio Dominican University, will be held September 18 and 19 at Champions Golf Course in Columbus, Ohio.
