MALONE PIONEERS TEAM NOTES:
Schedule | Roster | Statistics

The Pioneers have dropped their first four matches of the 2020-21 season, but have an opportunity to gain some points against a Tiffin squad who are the defending conference tournament champions.

Goalkeeper Nick Wilhelm is the only player on this year's squad to have played in all 260 minutes thus far. Wilhelm has made 18 saves this season on 66 shots faced.

After playing only 12 minutes up to this point, Dylan Metz stepped in on the backline in Saturday's game versus Kentucky Wesleyan and played all 90 minutes. He joined Oriol Roset, Ryan Dean and Patrick Alvarez on the defensive side of the field.

Nathan McFeaters (6) and Patrick Brightbill (5) have taken the most shots in the last two games. They both are so close to breaking through for their first goals of the season.

TIFFIN DRAGONS TEAM NOTES:
Schedule | Roster | Statistics

Tiffin swept their way to a G-MAC Championship in 2019 with consecutive wins over Walsh, top-seeded Lake Erie and Cedarville to claim their second straight title in men's soccer. The Dragons were bounced in the first round of the NCAA Tournament with a 1-0 loss to Maryville.

First Team All-Conference selection Joel Daly remains a staple piece for Tiffin in the 2020-21 season. Daly, along with Juan Rosique and Caleb Gibbons are in the top 10 in the conference as individual shot takers. Daly is one of 10 players in the conference with multiple goals scored in the shortened season.

The defense pitched a shutout against Trevecca Nazarene and surrendered a goal in the 81st minute in a 1-0 loss to Cedarville in their last two matches. The Dragons allowed just six shots in their last contest.

In goal, Declan Lehman and Dylan Morris have split time, with Morris getting the mod in the season opener against Ohio Valley, but Lehman defending the net in the last two matches.
