WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT MALONE UNIVERSITY
Roster |

Stats
- The Pioneers were held to their lowest scoring output of the season in their last time out. Malone only scored 69 points, but the defense had their strongest showing of the year. The Pioneers limited Walsh University to just 53 points to pick up their fourth consecutive win over the crosstown rival. The Cavaliers shot just 28.8% from the field, and their leading scorer managed just 10 points.
- Malone's win over Walsh moved the Pioneers to 4-0 in Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) play. With Hillsdale College's loss to the University of Findlay on Saturday, the Pioneers now stand alone atop the G-MAC standings as the 2021 calendar draws to a close.
- After a pair of strong outings against both Trevecca Nazarene and Kentucky Wesleyan in the week prior to the Walsh win, Justin Miller was named the G-MAC Men's Basketball Player of the Week. Miller enters Monday's game as the team's leading scorer at 17.3 points per game. That mark puts him fourth overall in the G-MAC.
- The Pioneers have two other players who are top-10 scorers in the league: Bo Myers (16.8 ppg - fifth) and Bryce Butler (16.8 ppg - sixth).
- A nine rebound effort from Bo Myers in Tuesday's win over Walsh pushed his season average out to 6.7 boards per game. That slots him in at tenth overall in the league.
