Previous Matchup:
Just last week, The Pioneers and Oilers met on October 31st for a rainy Thursday evening match. The game was moved from Hazen Field to GlenOak High School because of poor field conditions. With high winds and frigid temperatures throughout the night, Malone fell to Findlay by a score of 4-1.

Record: 7-7-1 (4-7-1)

The Pioneers have been in a deep slump of late and are 0-6-1 in their last seven matches. Although the conference schedule did them no favors, Malone has needed something to gain positive momentum and clinching berth into the G-MAC Tournament might be the spark they need.

Even in the October struggle, the Pioneers still hold the fifth ranked scoring offense in the conference at 1.73 goals per game. Danielle Lung is second in the G-MAC in goals scored with 12 on the season. She needs one more goal to tie Christine Najjar with 13 in the 2016 season. 2016 was also the last time the Pioneer women's soccer team played in the G-MAC Tournament.

Other forwards that have been heavy contributors in the Pioneer offense are Kirsten Hilty and Keeley Malley. Hilty has four goals this season and has been very precise on getting her shots on goal. 14 of her 20 shots (.700 shot on goal percentage) have been on target for Malone this season. Malley has been the first one off the bench for most of the games this season and has provided a burst of energy offensively.

From the midfield position, Megan Fuller and Alexa Langenfeld have done great all season. Fuller begins the break for the Pioneer offense and Langenfeld has been huge on both the offensive and defensive side of the ball. Amanda Kinsey has started in 13 games this season and has one goal to her credit from the midfield, freshman Savannah Ebin has made four starts late in the year, and Allison Schmeltzer provides quality minutes off the bench.

On the defensive line, Natalie Martorana, Lindsey Soltisz, Andrea Fink and Brooke Lindenschmidt have been strong all season long and prevented opponents from getting good looks at the net. The team has allowed only 7.80 shots on goal per game.

At goalie, Haleigh Seman has taken a bulk of the minutes. She has played 1,205 minutes, made 43 saves and totaled three shutouts.

Record: 13-1-1

The Oilers have been on top of their game all season long and were nationally ranked earlier in the season. Findlay's lone loss this season was against Walsh last week. The Oilers are undefeated at home this season with a record of 8-0-1.

Findlay's success starts at the defensive end of the ball. All season, the Oilers have only surrendered six goals, one of which was scored by Pioneer forward Madeline Ault in the previous matchup between the teams. Opponents averaged a league-low .40 goals per game, which is good for 10th in all of NCAA Division II.

Findlay is rare at the goalkeeper position in that they substitute fairly frequently. Anna Money has been the primary keeper, making 31 saves and has a .912 save percentage that leads the G-MAC. Nicole Burke has also seen time in 12 matches this season, recording 15 saves.

Ashley Zenker, Lindsey Ahbe and Sierra Perry anchor the defense, starting at least 14 of the team's 15 games.

To go with a conference-best defense, Findlay also holds the best scoring offense in the G-MAC. The Oilers are producing 2.60 goals per match. Sierra Peacock and Jayla Campbell are the team's leading scorers with nine and eight goals, respectively. Each player also has three assists.

Sydney Demyan and Sam Francis lead in distributing the ball with a team-high five assists.
