Â
The Malone University volleyball team enters the final week of the regular season in must-win mode as the Pioneers are on the borderline of clinching a postseason berth. Malone can secure a spot in the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) Championship with two wins this weekend. In every other scenario, the Pioneers will need some help if they hope to make their fourth-straight trip to the postseason.
Â
The row to hoe won't be easy as Malone must go on the road to face fourth-place Cedarville University on Friday night and third-place Tiffin University on Saturday afternoon. Both teams have already clinched a postseason berth and will be fighting for playoff positioning.

Cedarville Notes
- The Yellow Jackets, who own the highest average home attendance of any team in the G-MAC are 4-4 in their own gym. Cedarville has rotated wins and losses in each of the last five matches and is coming off of a five-set win over Trevecca Nazarene last Saturday.
- Cedarville is led by outside hitter Liene Miller, who ranks second in the G-MAC in kills per set (4.21) and Lauren Willow, who ranks second in blocks (1.04). Both rank among the top-4 in the conference in total points.
Tiffin Notes
- The Dragons are led by the G-MAC's leading scorer in Jenna Huffman, who averages 4.67 kills per set – the second most in Division II.
- Tiffin, which faces Walsh on Friday, is also coming off a five-set loss to Trevecca in their most recent match. Prior to that loss, however, the Dragons won four straight, including three sweeps.
