Overall, Malone has lost eight of its last 12, but will look to turn it around as they head into next Tuesday's G-MAC Quarterfinal.
- The Malone defense continues to play well even in defeat. Malone remains second in the conference in opponent hitting percentage, digs, and blocks.
- Mallory Adams led Malone with five blocks to go along with 10 kills vs. Walsh on Tuesday. The four-year standout is tops in the Pioneer record book in block assists (325), 6th in total blocks (405), and 9th in kills per set (2.69). Now with 1,248 career kills, she needs 30 over the rest of the season to crack the Malone top-10.

- Senior setter Cathryn Miller is 5th in the Malone history book with 3,329 career assists and 7.53 assists per set. This season, Miller is 6th in the G-MAC with 9.05 assists per set. She is one block shy of 200 in her career.
- Senior libero Maggie Hamrock is 6th in the G-MAC with 4.65 digs per set. In her four years, including three as a libero, Hamrock has 1,486 career digs, the 10th most at Malone. She is 8th in digs per set (3.25) and also 5th in career service percentage (94.5).
- As a group, the outstanding 2018 senior class has combined for 2,449 career kills, 3,669 assists, 3,241 digs, 744 blocks, and 262 service aces. All four have played in at least 124 matches and 442 sets and they've helped lead Malone to back-to-back G-MAC tournament appearances.
- Friday night's opponent, Findlay, defeated Malone in three sets in the first round of the 2017 G-MAC Tournament the last time the two teams met. Over the last six seasons, Malone is 0-7 against the Oilers; the last win came in 2012.
