The Malone University men's soccer team will continue Great Midwest Athletic Conference action this week with two league matches.  The Pioneers will be on the road against Kentucky Wesleyan College in Owensboro, Kentucky on Thursday evening and then will travel to Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, Tennessee Saturday afternoon.

Malone Notes (3-7-1) - Roster | Stats
-The Pioneers are coming off a 3-1 loss to Tiffin University and are still in the Great Midwest Athletic Conference playoff hunt, currently tied in the seventh position with Lake Erie College and Walsh University.  Malone currently has the tiebreaker with the Storm and the Cavaliers since they defeated Lake Erie and Walsh head-to-head earlier in the season.  Malone would hold their own destiny for the rest of the season to get into the playoffs.
-Malone's conference record in the G-MAC is 3-5-1
-Evan Dekker is tied for ninth in the G-MAC in assists with three and tenth in assists average-per-game with 0.30
-Patrick Brightbill, Nick Fry and Alexandre Durand have started and played in all 11 matches this season
-Durand is leading NCAA Division II men's soccer in minutes played with 1010 and total saves with 60.  In the G-MAC, he is second in saves-per-game 5.45, third in shutouts with three, and forth in save percentage with 0.789 per game


Kentucky Wesleyan Notes (1-8-1) - Roster | Stats 
All-Time Series:  The Pioneers look to continue their success with a 3-1-0 all-time record against the Panthers
-Kentucky Wesleyan currently has an overall record of 1-8-1 and a 0-6-1 G-MAC conference record this season
-The Panthers posted an 1-13-1 overall record in 2017
-When Kentucky Wesleyan and Malone met previously in September, the match ended in a double overtime tie 0-0.
-The Panthers hope to break their two-game losing streak


Trevecca Nazarene Notes (5-4-1) - Roster | Stats 
All-Time Series: The Pioneers will attempt add a "w" in the win column against the Trojans.  Trevecca has won all three of the previous contests between the two teams
-The Trojans have an overall record of 5-4-1 and a 4-4-0 G-MAC conference record.
