The Malone University women's soccer team lost on the road to Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) opponent Ferris State University (MI) on Sunday afternoon 2-0.
Malone played a strong first half as the score remained 0-0 at intermission.
In the second half, the Bulldogs registered their first goal of the game at the 50
th minute to take a 1-0 lead. Within the next 17 minutes, the Bulldogs Hunter Dolan would take a long shot off a rebound to score and increase the Ferris State lead to 2-0.

Kari Naylor played an impressive game in the net as she had 10 saves on the afternoon. Naylor now has 41 saves on the season. Â
The Pioneers are now 1-8 overall and 0-6 in the GLIAC.
Malone will be back in action on Friday October 10
th as they face GLIAC opponent Michigan Tech University at home. Kick-off will be at 3:00 p.m.
