Malone University Athletics

Shiflett, a senior second baseman, batted .417 last week at the NCCAA World Series in Mason, Ohio.  He drew a walk, scored twice and drove in one run as Malone tallied a 1-2-1 record in four pool-play games.  Shiflett posted at least one hit in all four contests, ending his outstanding four-year Pioneer career on a six-game hitting streak.
