Veldhuizen helped Malone register a pair of American Mideast Conference wins last week as he averaged 13.5 points, four rebounds and 1.5 assists per game.  He tossed in 12 points, grabbed five boards and handed out three assists in an 89-78 home win over Mt. Vernon Nazarene University on Wednesday. He then posted a career-high 15 points in Saturday's thrilling 73-71 triumph at Roberts Wesleyan (NY) College.  Veldhuizen delivered the game-winning bucket against the Raiders, burying a 10-foot jumper at the buzzer to break a 71-71 tie.
