Jennifer Kiper enters her third year on the Malone volleyball coaching staff in 2016.
Kiper competed for Ohio University’s volleyball team from 1991-93 as a defensive specialist and then graduated from OU in 1995 with a bachelor’s of science degree in Environmental Geography & Planning.
She brings an extensive coaching resume to her position on the Malone staff, most recently serving as the head coach at the University of Akron’s Wayne College from 2012-14. Kiper was a volunteer assistant coach at NCAA Division I Coastal Carolina University in 2008, 2009, and 2011. CCU experienced plenty of success during her time there as the program earned a share of the Big South Conference Regular-Season Title in 2008 and advanced to the NCAA National Tournament in 2009 after winning the Big South Tournament.
In addition to working numerous volleyball camps (UNC- Chapel Hill, Ohio University, Kent State University, College of Wooster), Kiper has also has spent time as the head coach at Clear Fork Valley High School and as a freshman/varsity assistant coach at Wooster High School.
Jennifer and her husband, Brian, have one son, Hunter, who will be a junior this year at Triway High School.
