Ashley Stumperth was hired as an assistant volleyball coach for Malone University in August of 2024.
Stumperth brings 13 years of playing experience to the position, including a very successful career at Mount Vernon Nazarene University. In 2022, she was named to the All-Crossroads League Second Team and was also an All-Crossroads League Honorable Mention selection in her freshman season of 2019. In her career, Stumperth surpassed over 1,000 career kills.

Stumperth graduated Magna Cum Laude from MVNU with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and a minor is Sports Management. She was tabbed NAIA Daktronics Scholar Athlete and Crossroads League All-Academic Team for her efforts in the classroom as well. Prior to her collegiate education, Stumperth was a graduate of local Canton GlenOak High School where she was a four-year letterman in volleyball.

In 2023, Stumperth was an assistant varsity volleyball coach at Copley High School. She helped the Indians finish as Regional Runners Up in 2023.
