Tyler Wickham joined the Malone University women’s soccer program in spring 2023. He joined the program after a successful stint on the staff of the Bay Village High School girls program, where the team made an appearance in the 2023 Division II Final Four.
In 2021, Wickham joined the Men’s Soccer staff at Notre Dame College. Over two seasons, he helped the team achieve a record of 16-8-2, along with a notable scoring margin of 79-31.
Prior to his tenure at Notre Dame College, Wickham demonstrated his coaching ability as the head girls soccer coach at Chillicothe High School, where he secured five Frontier Athletic Conference titles and two District Runner-Up titles during his five years there.
In addition to his coaching roles, Wickham is actively involved in player development as the Columbus District ODP Head Coach and member of the Ohio ODP State Coaches Pool. His experience also includes serving as the Assistant Director of Coaching for the First Capital Football Club from 2016 until spring 2020.
Wickham holds a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management and a Master’s in Business Administration, both from Notre Dame College. While at Notre Dame he was also a member of the Men’s Soccer team from 2006 to 2010.
His coaching qualifications include a USSF C License and various certifications from the World Football Academy and United Soccer Coaches of America, among others. Wickham is also trained in health and safety protocols, including first aid and concussion awareness.
