Prior to Malone: Hill had a phenomenal high school career at Marietta where he was twice named First Team All-Ohio. Hill was also named All-Southeast District, First Team East Central Ohio League, and was the ECOL Player of the Year in 2016. He hit .433 as a junior and .456 as a senior and participated in the Mizuno All-Ohio Series. Turner was a standout in the classroom where he was a member of the National Honor Society and the ECOL All-Academic team, and earned Academic All-Ohio recognition.
