Monaco begins her first season as a graduate assistant in 2020-21. Before coming to Malone, Monaco was a student-athlete at Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana and graduated with a degree in Exercise Science in the summer of 2018.Â
Most recently, Monaco played professional basketball overseas for BBC Residence Walferdange in Luxembourg. At Ball State, Monaco ranks fifth in all-time scoring as of 2020, was named All-MAC Second Team in 2016, 2017 and 2018, and appeared on the All-MAC Freshman Team in 2015. As a team, the Cardinals appeared in the NIT from 2015-2019 and Ball State won the MAC West Divsion title in 2015. She was named Ball State Student-Athlete of the Week in November of 2015.
Monaco serves as a Coach at Pacers Athletic Center, where she helps coach kids grades 3-10, helped with skill development and operated camps such as JNBA. Monaco served as a volunteer at the Boys and Girl's Club of Muncie, Indiana, Westminster Village Nursing Home, various basketball camps across Ohio and Indiana, and had a Strength and Conditioning Internship with Ball State Football and Women's Basketball.
