Pierce joined the Pioneer staff in May of 2023.

Originally from Massillon, Ohio, Pierce graduated from Washington High School in 2018.

After leaving high school, Pierce continued her education and basketball career at Glenville State University. She graduated in May of 2022 with a degree in Health Promotions. During her time at Glenville State, Pierce and the Pioneers won three regular season championships, one conference tournament championship, one regional championship, and one NCAA Division II National Championship.
