Biography
2019: Brightbill saw his junior season cut short due to injury... He appeared in five matches and started in the first three games of the season... He scored a goal and recorded an assist in the season opener at Daemen (9/5/19)... Totaled five shots and 235 minutes played.
2018: Brightbill started 11 of the 15 matches he played in for the Pioneers in his sophomore season… Totalled 879 minutes played… Scored a goal against Tiffin University (9/29/18) and assisted on the game-tying goal in a 2-1 victory over Walsh (10/20/18).
2017: Played in all 16 matches, making nine starts…Totaled 810 minutes played…Recorded nine shots on the season, including five shots on goal…Tallied first collegiate assist against Findlay (9/9/17)
Prior to Malone: Brightbill was named the Lorain County Co-Player of the Year in both his junior and senior seasons at Firelands. He was First Team All-Ohio as a senior and Second Team All-Ohio as a junior. He was also First Team All-Conference and First Team All-District both junior and senior year. Brightbill was a member of National Honors Society and National Art Honors Society.
