Junior Season (2021): Named to the Great Midwest Academic All-Conference Team and a NCCAA Scholar-Athlete... Betts appeared in all eighteen games and started thirteen of those. He scored his first collegiate goal on October 9 against Cedarville University. Overall Betts was fourth on the team with 1.268 total minutes played on the season.

Sophomore Season (Spring 2021): Named to the Great Midwest Academic All-Conference Team... the COVID-19 pandemic forced the Pioneers to play an abbreviated championship season during the 2021 spring semester... Betts played in all nine games and made eight starts. He accumulated 721 total minutes on the season.

Freshman Season (2019): Named to the Great Midwest Academic All-Conference Team... As a freshman, Betts played in 14 matches and made four starts for the Pioneers... Betts took five shots, including one on goal.

High School: Betts was a four-year member of the Tallmadge High School soccer team, starting every varsity match and scoring a total of 50 goals over the course of his career. He was a three-year team captain for Tallmadge and was named First Team All-Conference and Second Team All-District following both his junior and senior seasons. An All-Star selection during his senior year, Betts also competed for Everest Soccer Club and helped his team to an Ohio State Cup Championship in 2016 as Everest advanced to the State Cup Midwest Regional Final.  Academically, he was the recipient of the Distinguished Scholar and Scholar Athlete Awards in each year of high school and was also a member of the National Honor Society.

Personal: Majoring in Computer Science and Data Analytics with a minor in Business Administration. On campus Betts works in the Center for Student Success and is a Peer Tutor. He is also a member of the Dean's List.
