Malone University Athletics

2018: The freshman midfielder appeared in one game and played 31 minutes.

Prior to Malone: Hayes was a midfielder for the Falcon soccer team as well as the kicker for the football team. He was a four-year letter winner in soccer and a two-year letter winner in football.  Hayes' impressive list of achievements and honors includes being named First Team All-Patriot Athletic Conference, First Team All-Lorain County and Second Team All-District. He compiled 24 goals, 35 assists over the span of his career and helped guide his team to the Sectional Championships of the Rocky River District in 2015. Academically, Hayes was on the Honor Roll all four years of his high school career, graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors, was a part of the National Honor Society and Teen Leader Corps and received the OHSAA's Archie Griffin Sportsmanship Award.
