2019-20: Ramsey appeared in all 30 games and started in 29 games... Overall, he played 746 minutes (24.9 mpg), scored 188 points (6.3 ppg), brought down 101 rebounds (3.4 rpg), dished out 58 assists (1.9 apg), grabbed 26 steals and blocked three shots... Ramsey led the team in three-point shooting percentage at 42.0% (29-for-69) and was 47.5% from the field overall (67-for-141)... Ramsey scored a career-high 17 points at Ohio Dominican (12/14/19) and was 7-of-9 from the field and 3-of-4 from three... He recorded his first career double-double with 11 points and 12 rebounds and tied his career-high with five assists in a 102-63 win over Ohio Valley (2/6/20).

Ramsey was the 2018 Greater Catholic League (GCL) Player of the Year, First Team All-GCL, All-Dayton Area, and All-Southwest District.
