Christian Graves joins the Pioneer coaching staff for the 2017-18 season after being a member of the team for four years from 2012-2017. 

Prior to coming to Malone, Christian attended Westerville Central High School, where he was voted 2nd-Team All-OCC and was an Honorable Mention All-District selection.

Following the 2012-13 season, Christian earned the GLIAC Freshman of the Year Award. Christian was a 1,000-point scorer for the Pioneers, and was the 49th player to achieve the milestone in Malone men's basketball history. He ended his career with 1,163 total points, slotting him at 39th on the men's basketball program's scoring list. He shot a blistering 43.2% for his career from behind the three-point line at Malone, including shooting 47.6% from three in his senior campaign. Christian scored a career-high 26 points in a game against Central State on January 18th, 2017. He also recorded a double-double in a game against G-MAC foe Trevecca Nazarene with 17 points and 10 rebounds on January 12th, 2017.

Christian graduated from Malone in 2017 with a degree in Business Administration and minors in Finance and Marketing. He is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Business Administration.
