Biography

Prior to Malone: Hicks played baseball (2 letters), football (3 letters), and wrestling (3 letters) upon graduating from Jackson High School. He was All-League in football three times and twice in baseball. The football team was Federal League Champions and baseball won two Championships with Hicks on the teams.
