2019: Cooper pitched in a team-high 22 games as a reliever during his sophomore season…Posted a 3-3 record with a 4.66 ERA and 40 strikeouts over 38.2 innings pitched…Led the G-MAC and the Midwest Region with nine saves…Earned first collegiate save in 2-1 win over Davenport (3/1/19)…Recorded saves during shutouts against Walsh (3/27/19), Findlay (4/5/19), and Alderson Broaddus at the G-MAC Championship (5/9/19)…Tossed a season-high five shutouts innings of relief against West Liberty (2/22/19)…Registered a season-high four strikeouts on two separate occasions…Voted First Team G-MAC All-Conference... Named G-MAC All-Academic Team

2018: Cooper pitched in 10 games as a freshman at Malone, making six starts and four relief appearances…Went 3-2 with 24 strikeouts in 27 innings pitched…Earned first collegiate win in first collegiate start against Mary (3/5/18)…Allowed just one run on three hits while pitching a season-high six innings in a win over West Virginia Wesleyan (3/10/18)…Collected a season-high five strikeouts against Trevecca Nazarene (3/17/18)

Prior to Malone: Cooper earned First Team All-Ohio accolades following a sensational senior season at Edison in which he went 8-2 with an 0.34 ERA and 74 strikeouts in 61 innings. In addition to his All-Ohio award, Cooper earned First Team All-District and All-Sandusky Bay Conference honors during his high school career. In four seasons, he posted a 20-5 record with a 1.52 ERA. He threw a no-hitter in his final game during an OHSAA Sectional playoff.
