Biography

Prior to Malone
Castro most recently competed for Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte (USCAA). He played in 14 games in the Wildcat midfield and helped the team gain a berth to the USCAA National Tournament with a 6-4-5 overall record. Castro was named Freshman of the Year as well. He was a three-year starter and captain with Lake Nona High School for a team that won a district championship in 2023-24. Castro was a member of the HOSA, honors program, and honor roll. At the club level, Castro aided in his team winning the Florida Conference in 2022 and 2023.
