2020: In a Coronavirus-shortened season, King played in three games and made two starts as a designated hitter... Walked once in eight plate appearances... Made one putout at first base after a pinch hit appearance...  Named G-MAC All-Academic Team

2019: King played in seven games, including two starts at DH…Walked twice and scored a run in 10 plate appearances... Named G-MAC All-Academic Team

Prior to Malone: Prepped at Massillon Jackson where he played first base for the Polar Bears’ 2017 OHSAA State Championship team. Earned Academic All-Ohio honors.
