Prior to Malone: Nicholson was a four-time letter-winner at Wellington. She was a three-time Sun Sentinel All-Conference recipient and a two-time Palm Beach Post Honorable Mention Selection. In 2015, she was named to the Palm Beach Post Second Team and was the Runner-Up for the Palm Beach Post Player of the Year Award. In addition, she was a member of Wellington's 2015 District and Regional Championship Team, and member the Florida State Cup Championship squad in 2012.
