Biography

2017-18: Appeared in three games before suffering a season-ending injury…Collected two steals, an assist, and a rebound in 20 minutes of action.

Prior to Malone:  Powell was a 1,000-point scorer at North Baltimore where she was named All-Northwest District Honorable Mention and First Team Blanchard Valley Conference. As a senior, she averaged 14.7 points, 8.8 rebounds, 2.3 blocks, and 2.0 steals a game while leading the BVC in free throw shooting at 81.5%.A three-sport athlete, Powell was also All-BVC Honorable Mention in Volleyball and a standout thrower on the track team. Powell was a four-year Honor Roll Student, All-BVC Academic, and President of the National Honor Society.
