2019-20: As a senior, Wentling started and played in 29 of the team's 30 games... Third on the team in minutes played at 765... Tallied 280 points (9.7 PPG), 120 rebounds (4.1 RPG), 53 assists (1.8 APG), 22 steals and a team-high seven blocked shots... Shot 44.3% (105-for-237) from the field, including 44.4% (40-for-90) from long range... Was nearly automatic from the free throw line, shooting 90.9% (30-for-33) over the course of the season... Scored double-digit points in 12 games, including the season opener against Lake Superior St (11/8/19) where she netted 18 points and pulled down a season-high nine boards... Scored 15 points and buried three three-point shots at Ursuline (12/5/19)... Exploded for a career-best 23 points on a perfect 9-for-9 shooting and 5-for-5 from three, a career-tying mark, at Alderson Broaddus (2/8/20)... Scored 16 points in the G-MAC Quarterfinal win against Cedarville (3/3/20) and was 9-for-9 from the free throw line... Named G-MAC All-Academic Team

2018-19: Wentling played in all 29 games during her junior season, totaling 633 minutes played…Made three starts, but mostly served as Malone’s first player off the bench…Totaled 246 points (8.5 ppg), 72 rebounds, 22 assists, 19 steals, and four blocks…Shot a team-high 44.1% (89-of-202) from the floor…Ranked second on the team in three-point shooting at 39.2% (31-of-79)…Scored in double digits 12 times, including a season-high 17 points in a win at Notre Dame (OH) (11/14/18) and against Walsh (2/23/19)…Recorded a season-high high six rebounds and a season-high three assists on two separate occasions... Named G-MAC All-Academic Team

2017-18: Played in all 26 games during her sophomore season, including 18 starts…Totaled 649 minutes played…Tallied 225 points (8.7 ppg), 80 rebounds (3.1 rpg), 34 assists, 17 steals, and two blocked shots…Shot 87.5% (42 of 48) from the free throw line…Made 37 three-pointers and shot 33.9% from three-point range…Scored in double digits 12 times on the season, including five straight in mid-January…Scored a career-high 19 points in Malone’s 70-59 win at Ursuline (2/22/18)…Knocked down a career-high five threes in Malone’s 94-55 win over Trevecca Nazarene (2/10/18)…Grabbed a career-high eight rebounds at Ohio Valley (1/15/18)…Set a career-high with seven assists against Kentucky Wesleyan (2/8/18)...G-MAC All-Academic Team

2016-17: Wentling played in 19 games for the Pioneers, seeing 90 minutes of action off the bench…Totaled 31 points, 12 rebounds, five assists, and four steals…Went 6-for-15 (40%) from three-point range…Scored a season-high 10 points along with three steals in a win over Bluefield State (2/21/17)

Prior to Malone: Wentling was a four-time letter winner in basketball, volleyball, and softball. During her basketball career, she was honored as the Northern 10 Athletic Conference Player of the Year in addition to being voted First Team All-District and Honorable Mention All-Ohio. She scored her 1,000th point as a junior and has helped guide the Blue Devils to three Sectional Championship Titles (2013-2015), a District Runner-Up Title in 2013, and a District Championship Title and a Regional Runner-Up Title in 2014. She is a member of the National Honor Society and plans on pursuing an Accounting degree at Malone.
