2019: Ritts started all 40 games at second base during her final season at Malone…Batted .286 with 12 hits, including a double…Totaled four RBI and three runs scored…Recorded three multi-hit games, including two hits each in back-to-back games against Walsh (4/27/19) and Tiffin (5/2/19)…Doubled in Malone’s G-MAC Championship win over Trevecca Nazarene (5/2/19)... Named G-MAC All-Academic Team

2018: Played in 19 games during her junior season, making 17 starts (16 at second base, one at first base)…Hit .286 (14-of-49) with seven RBI and six runs scored…Led the team with two triples…Began the season on a six-game hit streak and had six RBI through first six games…Scored a season-high two runs and delivered a two-run triple in the 11th inning in a win over Cardinal Stritch (3/5/18)…Recorded a season-high three hits against Ursuline (4/6/18)... G-MAC All-Academic Team

2017: Ritts started 49 games for the Pioneers, including 45 starts at third base…Hit .256 (32-of-125) and finished fourth on the team with a .359 on-base percentage…Totaled 16 runs scored, 15 RBI, and six extra-base hits (five doubles, one triple)…Led the team in walks (17) and sacrifices (10)…Recorded seven two-hit games…Drove in a career-high three runs on a bases-loaded double against Ursuline (4/18/17)…Reached base in each of the first 15 games to begin the season…Walked four times in one game against Cedarville (3/25/17)...G-MAC All-Academic

2016: Ritts appeared in 39 games, while starting 35 as a second baseman for the Pioneers… Tallied 19 hits, 13 RBI’s, and 11 runs scored… Finished fifth on the team in putouts (77), third in assists (53), and notched a .985 fielding percentage… Recorded her first career hit in Malone’s 2-0 victory over Brevard College (NC)… Had her best hitting game against Ohio Valley University (WV), going a perfect 3-for-3 at the plate, collecting two runs scored, and a RBI.  

Prior to Malone: Ritts, a 5'2" catcher/utility player from Burgettstown, Pennsylvania (Burgettstown High School), was a four-year letter-winner in softball, a two-year letter-winner in basketball and a one-year letter-winner in cross country.  In softball, she was a three-time All-Section player, a two-time All-District recipient, and a team captain. In four years of softball, she only struck out eight times and threw out runners on 85% of their steal attempts from her catcher position. She helped her team to four straight sectional championships and led them to state qualification in 2013 and 2014. Academically, she received eight High honors awards and was ranked fourth in her class. She also received the Trib Total Media Outstanding Young Citizen Award, the Mary Jeanne Hanna Memorial Award, and the Rachel Carson Award for ecological awareness. She plans to major in Biology at Malone.
