ERIE, Pa. - At the conclusion of the Gannon Invitational, the All-Tournament Team was announced. Despite a winless weekend, senior middle hitter Jaymes Gilbert of the Malone University volleyball team was selected as an All-Tournament Team member.
 
The Wooster, Ohio native totaled 21 kills with a .290 hitting percentage, three assists and two service aces. The defense of Gilbert might have been the most impressive aspect of her game. She was a part of ten blocks, including four blocks assists and one solo block against Clarion University. Gilbert would also add eight digs from the back row.
 
The Pioneers return home to Osborne Hall for the beginning of Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) play on Friday, September 11. Malone welcomes Lake Erie College to Canton, Ohio at 7:00 P.M.
