CLEVELAND, Tenn. - The Malone University track & field team saw sophomore
Allea Graves and junior
Xander Heil compete at the Lee University Last Chance on Saturday.
Â
Graves finished third overall in the 400-meter dash with a time of 55.18 seconds. It just misses her personal best and school record time of 54.97 seconds. Heil completed the 1500-meter race in 3:49.50, good for eighth-place at the event. His time is good enough for the fourth-best mark in program history after he was previously on the outside looking in on the record book.

Selections for the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships will be announced on Tuesday, May 12 on www.ncaa.com.
