CANTON, Ohio - Junior middle hitter Jaymes Gilbert has been named to the All-Tournament Team of the Hall of Fame City Challenge.
 
The Wooster, Ohio native threw down 33 kills (2.2 per set) over four matches played and 15 sets. The highlight of the event for the Pioneers saw Gilbert tally 13 kills and zero errors on a .565 hitting percentage in the team's win over Bluefield State University. Defensively, Gilbert had 13 block assists and 12 digs.
 
Malone opens up Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) play against Ursuline College on September 20. The first conference affair of the season is at home and will begin at 11:00 A.M.
