CANTON, Ohio – The Malone University softball program has announced seven new members of the team for the 2026 season.
 
Head Coach Jeff Hite has added Morgan Cantrell, Cheyanne Hendershot, Alyssa Hochstetler, Summer McCaw, Ava Stephens and Harley Webb to the roster.
 
Cantrell is a transfer outfielder from Purdue Fort Wayne and graduate from Teays Valley High School.
 
Hendershot comes to Malone from Alliance High School where she served as an infielder and catcher.
 
Hochstetler plays the infield and is an alum of Triway High School.
 
McCaw is a pitcher who graduated from local North Canton Hoover High School.
 
Stephens attended Southeast High School and will play in the outfield for Malone this year.
 
Webb is a graduate of Centerburg High School and is an infielder and catcher.
