GREENVILLE, S.C. - The NCCAA has announced senior sprinter
Phil Stupka as the Athlete of the Week for men's indoor track. The Butler, Ohio native began the 2025-26 season at the Toy Drive Invite last weekend, hosted by the University of Mount Union.

Stupka is now just .03 of a second off of the school record after he won the event with a time of 6.89 seconds in the 60-meter dash. Prior to this meet, Stupka was tied for ninth in program history and now moves all the way up to second. He won the event in a field of 35 student-athletes.

He now holds the third-best time in the NCCAA in the 60-meter dash. The other two ahead of him are within .03 of a second.

The Pioneers are back in action on Saturday, January 24 at the SPIRE Midwest Classic in Geneva, Ohio.
