Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 | Box Score 3 | Box Score 4 LITTLE RIVER, S.C. -- The Malone University softball team spent spring break in the Mytrle Beach area of South Carolina playing in the Fastpitch Dreams Spring Classic. 

The Pioneers were originally scheduled to play twelve games over the course of six days, but their final day was canceled due to inclement weather. 

Malone put together several strong performances, and went 4-6 overall on the week.

HIGHLIGHTS FROM THE WEEK

• Jensen Miller tossed a team-high 28.0 innings in the pitcher's circle. She earned a pair of wins, and posted a 2.00 ERA for the week. 
• Elizabeth Dyke was second on the team with 16.1 innings pitched. She earned Malone's other two wins. 
• Dyke, Miller, Halyn Cawthorne, and Alayna Meadows combined for a total of 41 strikeouts over the 10 games played. Miller led the way with 20 punchouts. 
• Karlie Duvall had a team-high 14 hits. Five of those went for extra bases with two doubles, two triples, and a home run. 
• Amber Miller and Halyn Cawthorne each had 11 hits.
• Elizabeth Dyke and Taylor Kern also had double-digit hits on the week with 10. 
• Madi Pukansky led the Pioneers with 8 RBIs. 
• Reagan Smith and Halyn Cawthorne also homered, both in the first game against Goldey-Beacom. 

WHAT'S NEXT
Malone will be back on the field on Wednesday, March 15 when they travel to Lourdes University for a doubleheader. First pitch is set for 3:00 p.m.
