OWENSBORO, Ky. -- In a rematch of a game that was played just seven days ago at King Field, the Malone University men's soccer team took on Kentucky Wesleyan College Saturday.
The one change was this meeting was played at KWC's home field.
The Pioneers scored first, but the Panthers responded with four unanswered goals to come away with the 4-1 win.

THE MATCH
In the eighth minute of the game
Alex Bibza beat the Panther keeper for his second goal of the season to give the Pioneers the early 1-0 lead.
Unfortunately KWC responded by scoring goals in the 13th, 35th, 46th, and 57th minutes.
The Pioneers were unable to answer, and the Panthers came away with the 4-1 win.

Bibza's first-half goal moves him into a tie with
Colton Fry for second on the team in goals scored this season.
Gavyn Ernst played all 90 minutes in goal for Malone, and came away with six total saves.

Malone will travel to the University of Findlay on Tuesday for a 4:00 p.m. match.
