GREENVILLE, S.C. -- On Monday the National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) announced the recipients of the September 13 Student-Athletes of the Week.
Malone University junior
Anna Mallette was named the NCCAA DI Volleyball Player of the Week after her performance over the weekend in the 2021 Hall of Fame City Challenge.
Mallette led the Pioneers with 46 total kills in the tournament. She had a season-high 16 kills in a thrilling five-set victory over Slippery Rock University on Friday.
Mallette also added 59 digs and notched a pair of double-doubles on the week.
Her final stats on the week were: 3.29 kills/set, 4.21 digs/set
