2021 Great Midwest Athletic Conference Volleyball Season Awards
INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. -- On Thursday afternoon the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) announced their 2021 Volleyball Season Awards.
For Malone,
Anna Mallette earned a sport on the All-G-MAC Third Team for the second consecutive season.
Mallette led the Pioneers' offense all season long. The junior topped double-digit kills in sixteen of the team's matches, and finished with a career-best 279 kills.
Her 2.88 kills per set ranked twelfth in the conference.
She consistently played throughout Malone's rotation all season long, and totaled 316 digs, 42.0 blocks, 57 assists, and 21 aces.
A North Canton, Ohio native, Mallette eclipsed 500 career kills in the team's match against Cedarville in October of this season.
