Results
On Friday, the Malone University men's cross country team competed at the University of Findlay in the Oiler XC Open. The Pioneers finished third in the team standings with 50 points. Tiffin netted 30 points to capture the team title and host Findlay scored 40 points.

Freshman
Max Gucker continued to impress as he took home a fourth place finish as an individual and led the Malone scorers. Gucker clocked in at 26:48.02, taking more than 30 seconds off his time in the season-opening meet at Hillsdale.
Tucker Markko also secured a top 10 finish, placing ninth with a time of 27:20.03.

Other scorers for the Pioneers included
Brady Stevens in 11th (27:27.36), Matthew Oscovitch in 12th (27:28.68) and
Matthew Kuyken in 15th (28:04.58).

Mason Ackley finished with a time of 29:04.48, along with
Michael Collins at 30:18.95, and
Noah Harper at 30:50.81 to round out Pioneer individual runners.
