Findlay Results
A number of Malone University track & field athletes took part in meets at the University of Findlay and Kent State University Saturday afternoon. While sprinters, hurdlers, and jumpers had the weekend off, a handful of distance runners and throwers competed as they prepared for the G-MAC Championships in two weeks.

Among the distance highlights by the Pioneers,
Matthew Kuyken ran 1:56.45 in the 800 meters, placing 12th overall in a loaded NCAA Division I field. His time was less than a second away from cracking Malone's all-time top-10.

Eline Pinter narrowly missed out, by less than two seconds, on the Malone top-10 based on her performances in the 800 and the mile. She posted a time of 2:21.22 in the 800 and 5:11.39 in the mile.

Grace Coakley ran 2:25.03 in the 800,
Anna Gregg ran 5:23.96 in the mile, and
Sabrina McClain registered a time of 10:51.04 in the 3,000 meters.
Lucas Clark posted 9:03.61 in the men's 3,000.

Findlay Alumni Classic (throws)
Chris Beemiller tossed a personal-best 48' 4.5" in the shot put to climb to 7th in Malone history.
Owen Zeiter added a 49' 2.5" mark in the weight throw.

Up Next
Malone will prep for the G-MAC Indoor Championships by taking part in the Akron Invitational on Friday, February 21st and the Kent State Tune Up meet next Saturday, February 22nd.
