Â
In the end, the Pioneers missed out on scoring an equalizing goal, but possessed the ball in Fighting Scot territory for the majority of the closing minutes of the match.
Â
The Pioneers enlisted help from a variety of sources, including goalkeeper
Nick Wilhelm, who made his first start of 2019 and collected five saves.
Â
Christopher Mally provided a huge spark for the Pioneer offense. He played 56 minutes off the bench, took three shots and led the team with two shots-on-goal.
Â

Patrick Alvarez attacked the net and ended the day with three shots each.
Â
