The Malone University men's basketball team will head to West Virginia this week for a pair of Great Midwest contests at Davis & Elkins and Alderson Broaddus. The Pioneers are currently seventh in the conference standings, and could possibly move up a couple more spots this week. Alderson Broaddus is sitting in fourth place right now, while David & Elkins is eleventh out of the twelve teams.

Series History

The Pioneers are 5-2 all-time against Davis & Elkins. Malone lost both of their meetings last year against the Senators, but came out on top 71-65 in their first meeting this season. Nate Sheppard scored 23 points and Ty Jordan scored 22 in the first matchup. Malone is 1-2 all-time versus Alderson Broaddus.
